Refund & Community Policy
1. Refund Eligibility & Conditions
Once the program has been accessed or enrollment is confirmed, refunds are not offered by default.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, but approval is solely at the discretion of the program administrators.
No refund requests will be entertained after the first month of access, even under humanitarian grounds. We encourage all participants to thoroughly review the program details and consult our support team before enrolling.
2. Community Conduct & Removal
This program includes access to a private learning community. Any form of misconduct, harassment, or violation of community guidelines can result in temporary or permanent removal from the community.
While removed from the community, learners will retain access to the course content unless legal terms are violated.
3. Piracy & Legal Compliance
Any attempt to pirate, share, or distribute course material without authorization will lead to immediate and permanent removal from both content and community access.
Legal action will be taken under Section 63 of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, which may involve fines and imprisonment for copyright infringement.
4. Access Terms
Course access is valid for one year from the date of enrollment.
Extensions can be granted for a limited period upon request, based on genuine need and availability.
5. Content Sharing Restrictions
All course content is strictly for individual use. Sharing content with non-enrolled individuals, publicly or privately, is prohibited and may result in removal and legal action.
6. Post-Refund Agreement
If a refund is approved, the participant agrees to refrain from making negative or defamatory remarks about the course, its creators, or its community in any online or offline platform.
Any breach of this condition will be considered a defamation act, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action and issue takedown notices under applicable laws.
7. Reviews & Feedback Policy
Participants are encouraged to share feedback or public reviews only after experiencing a substantial portion of the course.
Incomplete exposure or judgment based on partial access does not qualify for a valid public review and may be subject to moderation.
8. Refund Process & Communication
All refund requests must be accompanied by a signed Refund Request Form and valid reason for cancellation.
Participants are expected to maintain respectful communication with our support team throughout the process. Our team is committed to assisting with transparency and integrity.
